Well, we really messed up this time: we watched a movie that we all genuinely liked and thought was good. We figured this would happen accidentally at some point but it still came as a shock. With a title like "Inhuman Resources" and the cover you see below (the summary on the back was in COMIC SANS), you would expect perfect Bad Movie Night material. In truth, after the opening scene, we weren't making fun of the movie anymore because we got so absorbed in it. It's a well-written horror-comedy with an interesting plot, a compelling and amusing villain, and a fair amount of solid camera work and acting. It's far better than most of the horror movies you could see in theaters in the past few years.
The moral of the story is: don't judge a movie by its cover/title.
Next week we will try to actually watch something crappy.
